Downloadable Forms
In general, we need three forms from you for each camp/camper:
- The REGISTRATION form (one per camper, indicate all desired camps)
- An APPLICATION packet (one for each camper per camp type: family, resident, day)
- PAYMENT information (includes payment plan and campership assistance if needed)
