Diabetes Symposium
for Health Professionals

CEU's and CME's Available

This one-day symposium is designed for nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, physicians, and other health professionals to enhance the knowledge of the practioner in the management of diabetes. The challenges of managing diabetes will be covered by experts in the field. The symposium will provide both practical and theoretical information related to diabetes.

Registration fee of $50.00 includes continental breakfast, lunch, conference materials, and tote bag.
